Auditors who still open the binders

Infrastructure Web grew from examination support work with payment and lending teams across Taiwan. We stay a small practice so every engagement still includes fieldwork, not only desk review.

Why we practise this way

Fintech firms in Taiwan often receive generic control questionnaires that never touch merchant files or settlement breaks. Our mission is simpler: test whether written policies match the way money, customers, and exceptions actually move through the firm.

We work from 7856 Leannon Place in Miaoli County, travelling for interviews when sample size and file sensitivity require it. Remittance desks, consumer lenders, and merchant acquirers form the bulk of our calendar.

People & approach

Engagements are led by practitioners who have sat through supervisory visits — not by rotating junior teams reading from a fixed script. We ask for ownership charts early, insist on real samples, and decline work that would require us to rubber-stamp a licence application.

What we value

  • Findings written so an operations lead can act without a translator
  • Severity ratings tied to customer harm and licence conditions, not buzzwords
  • Clear boundaries: we audit; we do not sell software or outsourced officer seats
  • Respect for examination calendars — drafts arrive when we say they will
