Client materials you share with us remain yours; our reports are licensed to the commissioning client under the engagement letter.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
