Fintech compliance readiness audit
Document inventory, interviews, sample testing, severity-rated report, and closing briefing.
Fixed engagement fee quoted after scoping. Typical engagements fall in a multi-week band; complexity of licences and product corridors drives the quote.
Payment controls assessment
Settlement reconciliations, exception handling, dual-control sampling.
Day-rate or fixed fee by transaction volume band. A short on-site workshop is usually included.
AML programme review
File sampling, escalation path review, training record checks.
Quote-based on customer base size and product mix. High-risk corridors add interview days.
Operational resilience walkthrough
Facilitated scenarios and communication tree mapping.
Fixed workshop package with an optional written memo billed separately.
