Engagement process

From first call to a remediation sequence your board can assign

Audits for fintech succeed when everyone knows what happens each week. This page shows how Infrastructure Web runs readiness work and related reviews — without inventing a product methodology.

Colleagues reviewing notes during a working session
  1. Scoping conversation. We confirm products, licences held or sought, examination timing, language of the report, and whether fieldwork should sit on site in Taiwan or lean remote.
  2. Evidence request. Within three business days of agreement we send a list covering policies, ownership charts, incident logs, sample populations, and prior examination letters if you choose to share them.
  3. Fieldwork. Interviews with operations, finance, and customer-support leads; sample testing of files or reconciliations; walkthroughs of exception paths. We note gaps as we go rather than saving surprises for the closing.
  4. Draft findings. You review for factual accuracy — not to negotiate ratings. If a sample was incomplete because a system extract failed, we say so.
  5. Final report & briefing. Severity-rated findings, remediation sequence, and a leadership briefing. Optional clarification call within two weeks of delivery.

What you prepare

Organised evidence shortens the calendar. If policies live in five folders with conflicting dates, say so early — reconstruction time belongs in the estimate. Assign a single coordination contact who can book interviews without chasing calendars for a week.

What we will not do

We will not write your licence application, sit as your outsourced compliance officer, or certify that a regulator will be satisfied. Those boundaries keep the audit independent.
