Data we collect
When you submit a form we receive your name, email address, optional engagement preference, preferred discussion window, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security. Cookie data is described on our cookies page.
Purposes
We use enquiry data to respond to estimate requests, schedule scoping calls, and maintain records of engagements. Analytics cookies (if accepted) help us understand which pages are useful to visitors preparing for examinations.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are typically retained up to twenty-four months. Engagement records follow the retention period in the engagement letter, often aligned with statutory record-keeping for professional services in Taiwan.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email us with enough detail to locate your records.
International transfers
Our primary processing occurs in Taiwan. If a tool provider stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer. Engagement files for Taiwan-licensed entities are kept under controls agreed in the engagement letter.
Security
We apply access controls and need-to-know sharing for enquiry and engagement data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full customer files through the public contact form.
Updates
We may revise this notice to reflect practice or legal changes. The current version appears on this page.
